Also a neuron can be chemically pre excited for a faster response or pulse expectation. Precognition?? Possible. Some components of a cell contain information in different quantities and therefore even a single metabolic cycle of regeneration would deliver a disproportionate amount of comparative volume. If this was collected by numerous cell clusters when a neuron fires in a preset or recognised pattern then the cluster would understand before the completed number of neurons have fired for the given enent sensation.

Oh this is a big topic.... The synapse can be viewed and studied with the intent to assimilated more information faster and with greater understanding. This would be inconsequential without optimal recollection of desired concept pattern structure sensation/s.

I have theorized 5 types of dynamic connectionisms. Ultimately a collective conciousness culminating in a sentient being with superhuman abilities would be in the realms of scientific reality. These 5 mechanistic constructs need to be a link of inorganic(hardware/software) components and organic cellular interactions. Considering the words "speed, distance, quantity, integrity, perspective, energy, action/reaction, data stream expression, location, observation, direction, intention". These are some of the top of my head ATM.

It is very interesting topic in neuron computing. So far I haven’t seen any greater capabilities in third generation of neural network (spiking neural network). Can anybody shed some light on why the spiking neural network is promising?

The Article what does neural networks have to do with neurons is interesting.
Can one singlet neuron can it take multiple input and give multiple outputs? If we can answer to this question with fundamental research proof, then things will make sense towards our understanding toward analogy of neural networks in computers.

Regards,
